About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within the Supply Chain and Real Estate organization. You will work alongside professionals on projects involving corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace strategy, and property operations. This is a full-time, paid position for the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist with activities related to real estate, facilities management, workplace operations, and property assets.
- Provide general support for real estate, facilities, workplace strategy, and land management projects.
- Support vendor relationships by coordinating activities, monitoring schedules, and tracking service quality.
- Assist with facility renovations, workplace enhancements, office relocations, and capital improvement projects.
- Maintain and update records related to facilities, real estate assets, project status, and workplace metrics.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
- You must not graduate prior to August 2027.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Modality: Hybrid, requiring a commute to the facility.
- Duration: 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
