About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will focus on the administrative foundations that allow our team to thrive. You will gain experience by managing processes that span the entire employee lifecycle. Your work will help remove friction from daily operations so we can serve our team more effectively. This role offers exposure to HR administration, data management, and process improvement in a mission-driven organization.
What you'll do#
- Assist with administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain HRIS and other software tools to ensure data accuracy and improve workflows.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Contribute to various HR projects with a focus on documentation and operational efficiency.
What you'll need#

- Interest in human resources, organizational culture, project management, or communication.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to make processes more efficient.
- A willingness to help the team wherever needed.
- An appreciation for the mission of Dynamic Catholic.
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Erlanger, Kentucky.
- Paid summer housing is provided.
