About the role#
This internship offers a look into the inner workings of fundraising, sales, and customer service. You will help coordinate ministry initiatives and manage the customer experience. This role focuses on supporting the mission by connecting with donors and growing the Ambassador’s Club.
What you'll do#
- Organize and coordinate ministry initiatives and customer experience projects.
- Raise awareness of the mission and the Parish Book Program.
- Build relationships with current donors and welcome them to the Ambassador’s Club.
- Manage donor prayer intentions and maintain accurate contact information.
- Work across multiple systems and platforms, including Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace.
What you'll need#
- A love for teamwork and competition.
- A desire to serve customers.
- The ability to invite others to support a mission.
- Flexibility and an interest in taking on various projects.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
