About the role#
As an intern in the Business Applications practice, you will join project teams to execute NetSuite implementations and system changes. You will work alongside project leads to follow firm methodology while supporting client needs. This is a full-time, paid summer internship based on-site in San Francisco.
What you'll do#
- Ensure completion of project tasks, including functional and design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, and data migration.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to configure NetSuite functionality, customizations, and third-party integrations.
- Assist in requirements gathering sessions to map business processes to technical solutions.
- Assess the current state of client systems and implement process improvements.
- Create and execute testing scenarios within NetSuite.
- Train end users on NetSuite features and assist in defining customized reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Provide hands-on support for client questions and troubleshooting.
- Work across multiple time zones and occasionally outside standard office hours.
- Maintain curiosity regarding client needs and identify potential opportunities to provide additional value.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- You must be one year away from graduation with your highest intended degree.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Solid understanding of business and information technology processes.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client service and relationship management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel to local clients if needed.
- Must be a team player.
