About the role#
This summer internship supports the Learning & Development department at East Penn Manufacturing. You will help produce digital content for our global workforce of over 10,000 employees. The team creates traditional video and 3D content, with ongoing projects in 2D and 3D game development and virtual reality training modules.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate projects, write scripts, and develop storyboards.
- Assist with b-roll acquisition and live video production, including set assembly, audio, lighting, and camera operation.
- Handle video editorial tasks such as logging footage, creating projects, producing dailies, and performing final edits.
- Create 2D and 3D animations and handle compositing.
- Manage sound editorial tasks, including sound design, noise reduction, mixing, and mastering.
- Digitize historical footage and update the historical database.
What you'll need#
- Relevant experience in film, television, web, or commercial video production.
- Familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Davinci Resolve.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and apply feedback from coaching.

- This is an on-site, full-time internship located in Lyon Station, Pennsylvania.
- The term for this position is Summer 2027.
- This is a paid position.
