About the role#
EGGER North America offers a paid summer internship program designed to connect academic learning with real-world manufacturing operations. What you'll do#
- Support your assigned department with daily activities and business projects.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet departmental objectives.
- Gather, organize, analyze, and present information related to your specific projects.
- Follow all safety policies, workplace procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Complete assigned tasks and provide updates or presentations on your work.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited four-year college or university.
- Relevant coursework in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Lexington, North Carolina.
- This position is paid.
