About the role#
Ellie Mental Health is hiring a Registered Intern to join our outpatient clinic in Naples. This role is for individuals who hold a Florida Registered Intern license and are actively working toward full licensure. You will provide mental health care as part of a team that prioritizes clinical support and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
- Implement interventions using a creative approach.
- Manage ongoing documentation for every session according to company policy.
- Coordinate client care with case managers, families, school staff, and medical personnel.
- Provide customer service to clients.
- Participate in all required clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a minimum of 25 client visits per week for this full-time position.
What you'll need#
- A Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field.
- Current Florida Registered Intern license (RCSWI, RMFTI, or RMHCI).
- Experience with clinical case notes, treatment plans, and diagnostic assessments.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain stable and appropriate professional boundaries.
- Comfort working with a diverse client population.
- Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening.
