About the role#
EllisDon is hiring a Marketing Administrative Student for a full-time, paid co-op position in Ottawa for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports the marketing team with data management, document preparation, and general administrative tasks within the construction industry.
What you'll do#
- Maintain databases for project profiles, statistics, and staff resumes.
- Format and design document layouts, organization charts, marketing covers, and presentations for project submissions.
- Handle data entry and general administrative duties to support the team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a College or University co-op or internship program.
- Strong writing skills, including copywriting, editing, grammar, and proofreading.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign is an asset.
- Ability to deliver tasks on time with high attention to detail.

- Location: Ottawa, Ontario.
- Term: Fall 2026 (4 months).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22.00 to $26.50 per hour, based on previous co-op experience.
