About the role#
The Beck Group is hiring a Marketing Intern to support our integrated building firm. This is a part-time, paid position that operates on a remote basis with a rolling term. You will work with our team to help maintain our reputation through various marketing and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Prepare marketing collateral and qualification documents.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Maintain existing marketing collateral.
- Conduct client research.
- Support the team with survey submissions and award submittals.
What you'll need#
- 0-1 years of experience.
- A major in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn Adobe Suite, along with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and listening abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- An action-oriented mindset and the ability to work comfortably with higher management.
- Patience and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
