About the role#
Emerging Tech is seeking an Administrative Analyst Intern to provide remote support across various corporate functions. This role offers hands-on experience in Human Resources, Marketing, Project Management, and Finance. You will work 10 to 20 hours per week while developing professional skills within a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day administrative operations by collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Prepare, edit, and publish presentations, announcements, and other written or visual communications.
- Edit, format, and maintain company documentation, including reports and proposals.
- Perform data entry, compile data, and generate reports using enterprise systems.
- Assist Payroll and Human Resources with timecard approval processes and related systems.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Help administer the company Workforce Development Program and performance evaluation systems.
- Process employee expense reports, including travel-related costs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior undergraduate student, or as a graduate student, in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Graduation date of May 2028 or earlier.
- Residency in the State of Florida for at least six consecutive months, specifically within a designated HUBZone.
- Ability to verify HUBZone residency and work authorization without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- This position is fully remote.
- You must reside in the State of Florida.
- This is a paid internship.
- The schedule is part-time, ranging from 10 to 20 hours per week.
