    About the role#

    ENGIE is looking for an Operations Training Intern to join the team in Houston. This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling start date. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

    What you'll do#

    You will help prepare new operations staff for their roles and support our ongoing training programs. Your work involves creating training materials and organizing the logistics for various sessions. You will also look at training feedback and performance data to help us improve how we teach and develop our team.

    What you'll need#

    We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Human Resources. You should be comfortable working in a team and have strong communication skills. You need to be detail-oriented and capable of analytical thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required for this position.

    This internship is based on-site in Houston, Texas.
