    About the role#

    The Ticket Service intern supports the sales department at Enterprise Center for the 2026-27 St. Louis Blues season. This role focuses on client service for season ticket and premium seating holders. You will gain experience in a professional sports and entertainment environment by assisting with various sales and fan programs throughout the fall and winter.

    What you'll do#

    • Communicate with season ticket and premium seating clients.
    • Help the sales team prepare for and run special events.
    • Update the customer database and handle service emails.
    • Support the True Blue Benefits program, theme nights, and giveaway distributions.
    • Organize and manage promotional items.
    • Complete general office tasks as assigned by the sales department.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university.
    • Previous general office or administrative experience.
    • Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
    • Availability to work all St. Louis Blues home games, including nights and weekends.
    • Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.

    Location & details#

    • This is a paid, on-site internship located in St. Louis, Missouri.
    • The term runs through the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 seasons.
    • This is a part-time position.

    About Enterprise Center

    Enterprise Center is a sports and entertainment arena located in downtown St. Louis. It opened in 1994 as a 12-story glass and concrete structure. The facility serves as the home ice for the St. Louis Blues Hockey Club. It hosts approximately 175 events each year, including concerts and various sporting competitions.
