About the role#
The Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing Intern will join the EQT Talent Acquisition team for a 12-week paid program. You will gain hands-on experience in both the creative and operational sides of recruiting. This role involves telling the EQT story to attract talent, supporting the candidate experience, and strengthening our brand across multiple platforms.
What you'll do#
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to showcase EQT culture and our Employee Value Proposition.
- Create content for LinkedIn, social media, Glassdoor, employee spotlights, and new hire announcements.
- Produce graphics, videos, and promotional materials for recruiting campaigns.
- Assist with campus recruiting, career fairs, and employee engagement events.
- Analyze campaign performance and research industry trends to offer recommendations for improvement.
- Support candidate sourcing and pipeline development using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Help manage the candidate experience through interview scheduling and communication.
- Maintain data in the Applicant Tracking System and support reporting tasks.
- Research talent market data, including competitor activity and compensation trends.
- Partner with the team to explore new technologies and AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with an interest in storytelling and social media.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A proactive and personable approach with a willingness to take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, or video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms or prior experience in recruiting or HR coordination is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is remote, though candidates based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, are expected to support occasional on-site events and career fairs. Candidates outside the area should be prepared for periodic travel as needed.
