About the role#
As an Internal Audit Intern at EQT Corporation, you will gain exposure to various business operations. This 12-week program provides a look into the internal audit function and prepares you for potential future full-time opportunities. You will work directly with the audit team to support our financial and operational oversight.
What you'll do#
- Support auditors with planning and fieldwork for the Annual Audit Plan.
- Help track the status of open audit findings.
- Perform SOX testing for low-risk or entity-level controls.
- Run monthly analytics on accounts payable and corporate card activity to spot duplicate payments or personal transactions.
- Validate pricing by comparing invoices during quarterly reviews.
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Completion of at least your sophomore year at an accredited 4-year degree program.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- This role is based on-site in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
- The internship is a full-time, paid position.
