About the role#
The 2027 IT Audit Internship is a full-time summer program at Fifth Third Bank. You will work within a specific line of business, gaining exposure to banking disciplines through on-the-job training, performance coaching, and networking. Interns participate in daily team activities, manage independent projects, and contribute to larger bank initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Complete assignments as directed by your Assignment Leader.
- Manage and report on project status using project management skills.
- Present your work formally to line of business leaders.
- Build a professional network within your assigned division.
- Take part in community volunteerism projects.
- Participate in leadership development activities and training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising senior.
- A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Relevant prior work or internship experience.
- Professional customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
