About the role#
This internship provides exposure to banking disciplines through hands-on experience within a specific line of business. You will work as a team member on larger initiatives while managing independent projects. The program includes on-the-job training, performance coaching, and networking opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Complete assignments as directed by your Assignment Leader.
- Use project management skills to track and report on project status.
- Participate in leadership development activities and community volunteerism.
- Build a professional network within your division.
- Present your work to division or line of business leaders.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior graduating in December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- You have completed at least 1-2 years of college coursework.
- You are pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
- You maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in San Jose, California.
- The position is on-site for the Summer 2027 term.
