About the role#
The Multifamily Division at Freddie Mac is looking for creative individuals to join the Marketing and Communications team. You will support the education and training space by designing content and assisting with event coordination. This internship provides hands-on experience in instructional design, project management, and client engagement. You will work with various business areas to deliver learning experiences for internal and external audiences.
What you'll do#
- Design and develop training materials that meet business and client objectives.
- Create educational content using PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support the planning and execution of educational events and training programs.
- Coach presenters and event leaders to help ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Review training assets to ensure quality and alignment with design standards.
- Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to improve learning solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design.
- Proficiency with Canva and graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams.

- Compensation: This is a paid position at $32 per hour.
