About the role#
Freddie Mac Multifamily is looking for a Digital Product Analysis Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This position is based on-site in McLean, Virginia. You will work alongside product, business, and technology teams to help deliver digital capabilities that support Multifamily business objectives. This role is a paid, full-time opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Support a Multifamily Digital Product team as a junior Product Analyst.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Participate in product refinement sessions, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
- Manage and maintain user stories and product backlogs using Jira.
- Assist with end-to-end testing, quality assurance, and documentation of test results.
- Track product performance metrics and analyze business value.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to manage changing requirements.
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in documentation and analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Interest in product management, business analysis, Agile delivery, or digital product development.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Experience with Jira, Excel, Microsoft Office, Figma, or Visio is a plus.
