About the role#
We are looking for a Student Recruitment Representative to join our team in Miami. You will guide potential students through the admissions process and help them understand the career education programs we offer. This role involves direct interaction with prospective students to help them make informed decisions about their education.
What you'll do#
- Call prospective students to share information about our programs and the admission process.
- Help students complete their enrollment and gather necessary documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with applicants to support them through their transition.
- Follow up with students who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled.
- Keep accurate records of all inquiries and student interactions.
What you'll need#
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Two to three years of experience in outbound calling, admissions, or a call center.
- Previous work in customer service or sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Prior experience in higher education or vocational schools is a plus.

- Location: Miami, Florida.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Compensation: 20 to 25 USD per hour.
