About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for recent graduates who want to gain clinical experience before entering professional healthcare programs. You will work directly with our team to learn both clinical and administrative functions. We look for a commitment of 18 to 24 months. You will receive mentorship to help you prepare for graduate medical education programs.
What you'll do#
- Room patients and collect medical histories.
- Assist with physical exams.
- Provide patient education.
- Learn billing processes and other administrative tasks.
- Shadow our clinical team during surgical procedures.
What you'll need#
- A recent degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, Biomedical Sciences, or Biology.
- A demonstrated interest in the healthcare field.
- Strong communication skills.
- A commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly.

- This role is on-site at our locations in Aurora, Chicago, Oak Brook, Oak Park, Gurnee, and St. Charles, Illinois.
- The position is full-time and paid.
- Start dates are flexible, with positions available on a rolling basis.
