    About the role#

    We are looking for an mRNA Manufacturing Intern to join our team in Redmond. This is a full-time, paid position requiring a 40-hour weekly commitment. You will work on-site as part of a small, cross-disciplinary team to support our production goals.

    What you'll do#

    • Process DNA through PCR, digestion, and purification to prepare templates for in-vitro transcription.
    • Perform enzymatic reactions to produce and process mRNA.
    • Purify mRNA using HPLC and spin columns.
    • Execute quality checks, including gel electrophoresis, capillary electrophoresis, and RT-PCR.
    • Follow production S.O.P.s and maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Manage material orders and document production processes.

    What you'll need#

    • A Bachelor’s degree in a Biology, Chemistry, or Biomedical Sciences related field.
    • Experience with PCR, HPLC, or enzymatic reactions.
    • Familiarity with mRNA work is a plus.
    • Ability to work effectively in a high-demand environment.
    • Strong communication skills for interacting with peers and managers.

    • Location: Redmond, Washington, United States.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
    • Compensation: $22-$24 per hour.
