    About the role#

    This is a 10-week summer internship program based in Greenville, Mississippi. You will work on real business projects focused on food quality and safety while gaining experience in a manufacturing environment. The program includes mentorship, training through Mars University, and opportunities to network with peers and senior leadership.

    What you'll do#

    • Plan the flow of work or materials to maximize efficiency.
    • Initiate line improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
    • Conduct projects to increase plant efficiency.
    • Optimize performance and drive value leadership.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program for Food Science, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Biology, or Microbiology.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong data management and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Greenville, Mississippi.
    • Schedule: Full-time, on-site for Summer 2027.
    • Compensation: This is a paid internship.
    • Requirements: Candidates must arrange their own transportation to the work site. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of background and drug screenings.
