About the role#
Geotab is seeking a Project Coordinator Intern to join the Enterprise Portfolio Management team for an 8-month term starting in January 2027. This is a full-time, paid internship requiring 37.5 hours per week. You will work alongside Project Managers, Business Analysts, and leadership to support project execution and team productivity.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Project Managers to facilitate task assignment, tracking, and completion.
- Support EPM leadership in maintaining project documentation and team reporting.
- Review project issues and risks to evaluate impacts and develop action plans.
- Draft status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Participate in establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a University degree or College diploma program in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Science, or a related field.
- Progress toward a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
- Basic familiarity with business operations such as sales, marketing, or technical areas.
- Ability to analyze data and learn complex approaches.
- A self-motivated and organized approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

- This position is based in Oakville, Toronto, or Waterloo, Ontario.
- The role follows a hybrid work model.
- This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term.
