About the role#
Golden Gate University is seeking students to serve as Reading Partners Tutors. This role supports elementary school students in developing literacy skills. You will work with a partner organization to assist children in building a foundation for their future learning.
What you'll do#
- Provide tutoring sessions for elementary students either in person or online.
- Help students gain literacy skills.
- Participate in curriculum training provided by the program.
What you'll need#
- You must be approved for and awarded Federal Work Study funding through the Golden Gate University Financial Aid Office.
- This position is open to students pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
Location & details#
- This is a part-time position requiring 5 to 20 hours per week.
- The work is available both on-site in San Francisco and remotely.
- Schedules are flexible and based on your class schedule.
- This is a paid position.
