About the role#
This is a 14-week internship program running from mid-May to mid-August 2026. You will join the Grange Intern Development Program, which combines hands-on work in your department with a group corporate project. The experience concludes with a capstone presentation to senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the execution of the Personal Lines Strategy, focusing on target customer and portfolio management initiatives.
- Support pricing and state product managers by preparing analysis for the rate review process.
- Conduct market and competitive research.
- Assist with national team projects and other research tasks as requested.
What you'll need#
- Working toward a college degree in an analytical discipline, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance.
- Experience using personal computers.
- A working knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
Location & details#
- Location: Columbus, Ohio.
- Modality: Hybrid, with two days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday) and three days remote.
- Schedule: Full-time at 38.75 hours per week.
- Term: Summer 2026.
