About the role#
As a Customer Transformation Intern for Summer 2027, you will join our advisory practice to help clients refine their finance and operations functions. You will contribute to business process analysis, identify transformation opportunities, and support the design of sustainable models that streamline operations. This role focuses on optimizing finance processes to help clients reach their long-term business goals.
What you'll do#
- Assess client finance operations to identify transformation opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support project teams in helping clients work toward their long-term business goals.
- Analyze client challenges and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and support day-to-day project activities.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address client questions and needs.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Experience in data analysis, including the ability to interpret complex financial datasets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform quantitative analysis and develop business cases.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with at least three days per week in-person at a Grant Thornton office or client site.
- Pay: $40.00 per hour.
