About the role#
This internship position supports the Forensic & Data Analytics team within the Risk Advisory Business Group. You will work in a collaborative environment on projects involving regulatory investigations, litigations, and business process automation. Interns gain exposure to tools and languages such as SQL, Python, C#, VBA, and Tableau while developing professional relationships across the firm.
What you'll do#
- Identify, research, and organize information to assess data sufficiency.
- Determine relationships among multiple data sources and types.
- Aggregate, cleanse, and normalize disparate data sets.
- Analyze and interpret historical financial, operational, and transactional data.
- Create summaries, data visualizations, and written analyses of your work.
- Generate thorough documentation to support processes developed during projects.
- Participate in internal and external team meetings.
- Maintain a professional image, with the possibility of travel or overtime.
What you'll need#
- You are graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, MIS, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another analytical field.
- You have a record of solid academic performance.
- You possess a strong interest in using technology to solve complex data problems.
- You demonstrate advanced decision-making, logic, and problem-solving skills.
- You have strong attention to detail and excellent quantitative skills.
- You communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- You are motivated to succeed and eager for continued development.
- You can manage your time and tasks to meet deadlines.
- You have permanent authorization to work in the U.S. as a citizen or permanent resident.
