About the role#
As an Operations Transformation Intern, you will join our Advisory practice to help clients develop and implement modernization and improvement initiatives. You will work within a team environment to help clients achieve their vision, receiving support and resources to help you excel during your internship.
What you'll do#
- Assist cross-functional teams in the delivery of major transformation initiatives, including operational efficiency programs and digital operations management solutions.
- Create, interpret, and transform data and analytics into actionable performance insights.
- Manage and minimize engagement delivery risk by proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Demonstrated interest in operational strategy, performance improvement, and business transformation.
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, or operational assessments.
- Ability to travel to various client sites as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a firm office or client site).
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
