About the role#
Our Business Applications practice works with client leadership teams to meet business objectives by aligning people, processes, and technology. As a D365 Consulting Intern, you will join project teams to assist with deliverables and gain hands-on experience. You will receive mentoring from our team and access to training resources to help start your career. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Engage with project teams to assist with client deliverables.
- Map client business requirements to Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Design and document solutions, functions, and features.
- Capture client requirements and participate in scoping meetings.
- Configure D365 solutions while interacting with clients.
- Create and enhance internal tools to support consulting methodologies.
- Test proposed solutions in lab environments.
- Provide onsite and remote support while troubleshooting business application issues.
- Develop client-facing content using operational best practices.
- Manage and execute specific project tasks.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations and Supply Chain, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 for undergraduate students or 3.2 for graduate students.
- Strong work or internship experience.
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Business judgment and common sense.
- Self-motivated and competitive attitude.
- Initiative and creativity.
