    About the role#

    As a Value Creation Intern, you will join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will support high-impact engagements for private equity investors and growth-focused companies. You will gain exposure to strategy consulting, financial and operational analysis, and market research while working alongside experienced professionals. This role focuses on identifying and executing opportunities to improve business performance across the deal lifecycle.

    What you'll do#

    • Support client engagement teams with research, analysis, and deliverable preparation.
    • Conduct market, industry, competitor, and company research to inform strategic recommendations.
    • Assist with data collection, organization, and analysis related to revenue growth, pricing, and operational improvement.
    • Support cost baseline, spend, and headcount analyses for due diligence and cost improvement efforts.
    • Assist in the development of financial models, spreadsheets, charts, and client-ready presentations.
    • Participate in team meetings, internal discussions, and client workstreams.
    • Shadow client working sessions and management interviews.
    • Use data visualization and AI-enabled research tools to accelerate analysis.
    • Learn consulting methodologies, value creation frameworks, and project management skills.
    • Receive hands-on mentoring and professional development.

    What you'll need#

    • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Strategy, Marketing, or Management.
    • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.
    • Strong structured problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
    • Ability to conduct research, synthesize findings, and translate analysis into clear insights.
    • Foundational financial modeling and Excel skills.
    • Strong PowerPoint skills and familiarity with data visualization tools.
    • Comfort using AI-enabled tools for research and analysis.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative mindset.
    • Interest in strategy consulting, private equity, financial analysis, and operational improvement.

    Location & details#

    • Location: New York, New York.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week at a firm office or client site).
    • Employment Type: Full-time.
    • Benefits: Interns are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, the employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and pay for firm holidays that fall within the internship period.
