About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship program running from late May through mid-August. You will work within the Marketing Communications department to support Experience Management initiatives. The role focuses on improving how we understand customer needs and expectations by analyzing journey maps, personas, and Voice of Customer insights.
What you'll do#
- Analyze customer and stakeholder input to find trends, pain points, and opportunities within key experience projects.
- Incorporate your findings into continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Partner with product management and marketing teams to build action plans that support strategic growth targets.
- Work with Digital CX teams and commercial groups to ensure project alignment and data accuracy.
- Prepare and present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- High proficiency with various computer systems and tools.
- Experience using Canva or other graphic design and content creation tools.
- Ability to work as a self-starter with a strong attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in St. Paul, Minnesota.
- The role is full-time for the duration of the Summer 2027 term.
- Pay is $22 to $25 per hour.
