About the role#
The Inside Sales Intern will gain hands-on experience in B2B sales fundamentals. You will support lead generation and customer outreach efforts while working alongside experienced sales professionals. This role focuses on developing your professional communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
What you'll do#
- Connect with customers through outbound calls to assess needs and identify business growth opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and manage customer leads.
- Document customer conversations in the Salesforce CRM.
- Participate in process improvement projects within the Inside Sales Team.
- Support customer outreach and relationship-building efforts.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Minimum rising junior or senior standing if in a Business field.
- Ability to work in a growth-oriented environment.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in St. Paul, Minnesota.
- The program runs for 12 weeks during the Summer of 2027.
- Pay is $22 to $25 per hour.
