About the role#
Hajoca Corporation offers a 12-week paid, full-time rotational internship for the Summer of 2027. You will work within a profit center to gain hands-on experience in wholesale distribution. This role involves learning the logistics, operations, and sales functions of the business while receiving coaching from experienced mentors.
What you'll do#
- Master daily logistics operations in the warehouse to understand team workflow and service standards.
- Work at the sales counter to interact with customers, write up orders, and secure materials.
- Learn from inside and outside sales teams to understand how to grow the business.
- Generate new sales leads through cold calling, job site visits, and proactive outreach.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree in progress with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in professional, educational, or social settings, such as leading teams, clubs, or sports.
- A goal-oriented, competitive, and take-charge attitude.
- The ability to perform a wide range of tasks and balance interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Previous entry-level experience in supervision, sales, operations, or customer service is a plus.
