About the role#

What you'll do#
- Greet visitors at the reception desk and provide information about department services.
- Manage incoming communication by answering phones and routing emails.
- Process customer applications for services and verify information for accuracy.
- Maintain the department calendar by updating appointments.
- Handle internal mail distribution and deliver documents to other departments.
- Record department statistics and keep logs.
- Assist the department head and other staff with daily tasks.
What you'll need#
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- At least one year of office experience.
- Proficiency with computers, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to type and operate office equipment like phones, copiers, and scanners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain professional during stressful interactions.
- Customer service experience and Spanish language skills (speaking and writing) are preferred.
