About the role#
HCVT is hiring for an Audit Internship for Winter 2027. This is a paid, full-time position based in Westlake Village, California. The role follows a hybrid work model.
What you'll do#
- Assist engagement teams in documenting and executing audit procedures.
- Complete assigned projects within established timelines and budget guidelines.
- Organize the flow of information between the client and the audit team.
- Identify and communicate potential audit issues to the engagement team.
- Maintain professionalism and competence during interactions with clients and firm professionals.
What you'll need#
- You are on track to complete a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or taxation between May 2027 and June 2028.
- You hold a minimum overall and accounting GPA of 3.0.
- You are an active member of Beta Alpha Psi or another campus accounting organization.
- You possess a strong technical aptitude.
- You demonstrate leadership skills, including sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
