About the role#
As a Building Mechanical/HVAC Engineering Intern, you will work directly with our mechanical engineering team. You will gain experience on real projects while working under the supervision of a professional or Project Manager. This role provides opportunities to connect with company leaders and recent graduates through our mentoring and young professionals programs.
What you'll do#
- Support the mechanical engineering team on various projects.
- Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures to your work.
- Perform additional duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- A commitment to active participation in our employee-owned culture.
- We prefer candidates who have completed at least 2 years of their degree and maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA.
- Demonstrated knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics principles is required.
- Preference is given to local candidates.

- Location: Saint Louis Park, Minnesota.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- The internship term is rolling.
