About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience across finance and accounting functions at our global headquarters. You will work on projects supporting Internal Audit, Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Financial Reporting, and Mergers & Acquisitions. The role includes mentorship, networking with leadership, and an end-of-internship presentation to share your project results.
What you'll do#
- Document accounting processes and internal controls.
- Assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct budget analysis to support financial reporting and management decisions.
- Use data automation and analytics tools to improve processes.
- Work within the Enterprise Resource Planning system.
- Participate in team projects and communicate findings to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least one year of degree coursework completed.
- Minimum 3.4 GPA.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A commitment to participating in our employee-owned culture.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
