    About the role#

    As a Logistics Analyst Intern, you will join our team in Lexington to support the transportation of Fly Ash. This role focuses on operational excellence and supply chain optimization. You will work on-site and participate in projects that directly impact our logistics performance.

    What you'll do#

    • Analyze transportation data to find cost-saving opportunities and improve delivery efficiency.
    • Support logistics planning and scheduling for shipments across multiple regions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers to keep deliveries timely and accurate.
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track logistics metrics.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain optimization.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree program related to Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
    • Effective communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
    • A genuine interest in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
