About the role#
We are hiring an International Student Assistant to support the Admissions Office at our Atlanta campus. This is a paid position for current Herzing University international students. You can remain in this role until your graduation. The position requires 15 to 20 hours of work per week.
What you'll do#
- Prepare official acceptance letters and packages for international students when requested by your manager.
- Review immigration documents to ensure they are free of errors.
- Upload student documents into our CRM system.
- Create and maintain physical files for international students.
- Keep student information updated within the CRM.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current Herzing University international student in good academic standing.
- A high school diploma or an equivalent international diploma.
- Reliability in working your scheduled hours.
- A neat, professional appearance.
- Adherence to all campus policies for students and employees.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
- Work is on-site.
- Compensation is $15.00 per hour.
- We do not offer employment visa sponsorship.
