About the role#
This is a part-time internship within the Human Resources Benefits and Occupational Health departments. You will support the team with administrative tasks and ongoing projects to ensure department operations run smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Help with projects such as Open Enrollment preparation and quarterly mailings.
- Update internal intranet pages for Benefits and Occupational Health.
- Create the monthly Benefits newsletter and slides for town hall meetings.
- Code invoices and wires for vendor payments.
- Assist with daily tasks across the Benefits and Occupational Health teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student with a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong customer service skills and clear communication habits.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- A dependable and professional approach to following directions and established routines.

- This is an on-site, paid position.
