About the role#
This Summer Analyst program offers hands-on experience in Commercial Real Estate Investment Management and development. You will work alongside experienced professionals on active projects, including new developments, acquisitions, and asset management. The role is full-time and paid.
What you'll do#
- Assist with underwriting and lease analysis for new projects.
- Support the asset management of operating properties.
- Gather data on properties, transactions, and tenants to support market research.
- Contribute to due diligence and financial analysis processes.
- Input information into databases to assist with project tracking.
What you'll need#
- Strong math and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Current standing as a Sophomore, Junior, or a Senior entering a graduate program.
- Academic background in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is preferred.
- Experience with Argus is a plus but not required.
