About the role#
Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This is an unpaid, on-site internship located in Baltimore, Maryland. You will work 12 to 20 hours per week, typically Monday through Thursday.
What you'll do#
- Create and edit short-form video content.
- Develop social media strategies to increase engagement.
- Assist the team with graphic design and the production of marketing materials.
- Manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Research current social media trends to inform our outreach.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or Media Studies.
- Working knowledge of major social media platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
- Experience with video content creation and comfort appearing on camera.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass required background checks, including child abuse and criminal history clearances.
