    About the role#

    The House of Commons of Canada hires coop students throughout the year to fill various administrative and technical roles. These are full-time, paid positions requiring 35 hours of work per week. Placements typically last 16 weeks and are available during the Fall 2026, Winter 2027, and Summer 2027 academic terms.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide administrative support and customer service.
    • Assist with procurement and contract projects.
    • Contribute to communications, linguistics, and graphic or web design tasks.
    • Support technical operations in fields such as computer science, data science, and cybersecurity.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited post-secondary institution.
    • Active registration in a coop program.
    • Proficiency in both official languages (French and English) is an asset.
    • You must be at least 16 years old and hold Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid study permit.

    • All roles are based in Ottawa, Ontario.
    • Work is performed on-site.
