About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship experience within the Technology & Innovation Organization. You will join the Personal Systems team to work on projects that bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world engineering challenges. This position is based in Corvallis, Oregon, and requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Develop UEFI/BIOS code for HP Workstations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Gather training data for AI models.
- Participate in team projects within the Personal Systems division.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed your 3rd year of university or your 1st year of a Master's program.
- You must be eligible to work in the United States in 2027 and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
- Core technical skills in circuit analysis and design, as well as analog and digital electronics.
- Experience with PCB design and schematic capture.
- Familiarity with basic RF and wireless concepts for communications-focused tasks.
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
