About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12-week program designed to provide corporate experience within our Order-to-Cash operations. You will assist with the development and documentation of processes that improve team capabilities and operational efficiency. The role offers exposure to customer master data management, billing, dispute resolution, and deduction management.
What you'll do#
- Apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects.
- Develop technical skills relevant to your major.
- Collaborate with team members and colleagues.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Build professional relationships across the business.
- Gain knowledge of the industry and our specific business operations.
- Present your project work to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
