    About the role#

    The Engineering & Project Delivery Internship Program is a 10-week paid summer experience. You will work on projects related to engineering, infrastructure, environmental programs, renewable energy, and project planning. This program is designed to help you build technical skills while you work alongside experienced professionals.

    What you'll do#

    • Apply your academic knowledge to real-world technical and operational challenges.
    • Contribute to projects that align with business priorities.
    • Collaborate with teams across different business functions.
    • Present your project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings at the end of the program.
    • Gain exposure to energy industry operations.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be a Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or a first-year Master's student.
    • Pursue a degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and communicate your findings.
    • A GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
    • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

    • Locations: Orange, CT; Portland, ME; Binghamton, NY; Rochester, NY; Portland, OR; and Boston, MA.
