About the role#
Insomniac Events is looking for a Street Marketing Intern to join our team in Calabasas for the Fall 2026 term. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in live event and promotional marketing. You will work closely with the Street Marketing Manager, balancing office-based administrative tasks with onsite event support and grassroots marketing execution. This is an on-site position requiring a commitment of 16 to 29 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Support the Street Marketing team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Prepare marketing materials, including flyers, signage, and promotional assets for upcoming campaigns.
- Research local markets, community events, and audience trends to identify grassroots opportunities.
- Manage inventory and maintain organization within marketing storage areas.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the team.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Graphic Design.
- You should have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace is preferred.
- You must be comfortable working outdoors, on foot, and independently for extended periods.
- You should be physically able to carry, hang, and distribute promotional materials.

- Compensation: $16.90 to $18.00 per hour.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Note: This role requires travel to work during holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed. You may be exposed to loud noise levels and varied temperatures while working on-site at events.
