About the role#
We are hiring a Retail Marketing Intern for Summer 2026 to work with our Global Wholesale and Key Account Manager. You will sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations to support our growing retail business during a busy season. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Somerville, Massachusetts, spanning 12 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Maintain backend system integrity to ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and execute event strategies and provide support for trade shows.
- Prepare and deliver marketing assets for seasonal product launches with retail partners.
- Create training materials and resources for retail staff.
- Manage email campaigns for specialty accounts and track revenue dashboards.
What you'll need#
- Genuine interest in building a career within the running and outdoor industry.
- Strong storytelling skills and comfort communicating with external partners.
- Understanding of running culture, fashion, and current industry trends.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and moving pieces.
- Detail-oriented approach with proficiency in tools and spreadsheets.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
