    About the role#

    The JD Young Internship Program offers early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects and operations. You will join our team for a period of 3 to 6 months to build fundamental skills and gain insight into how our global business operates. This role provides experience in full-cycle HR operations within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting employees across multiple sites in Atlanta. You will work under the guidance of an HR Lead who serves as your mentor.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide HR support for 2 to 3 warehouse locations.
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Support performance review cycles and offboarding procedures.
    • Review timecards to ensure accurate attendance tracking and compliance.
    • Help managers and team members understand company policies and employment guidelines.

    What you'll need#

    • Recently graduated or currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Masters degree program in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Essential proficiency in English, with Chinese language skills preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new HRIS and payroll systems.
