    About the role#

    You will join the JD Young internship program, which provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting within a logistics environment. This role supports hiring across multiple sites in New Jersey and the South region. The internship lasts between 3 and 6 months and requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.

    What you'll do#

    • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to potential candidates.
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate between hiring managers and applicants.
    • Manage and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
    • Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
    • Support employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
    • Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
    • Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
    • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or applicant tracking systems is a plus.

    Location & details#

    • This is an on-site, paid, full-time internship.
    • Positions are available in Middlesex County, Piscataway Township, Edgewater Park, and Perth Amboy, New Jersey; Atlanta, Georgia; and various locations in California.
    • Hiring is conducted on a rolling basis.
